This term, we have been practising Mindfulness with Mrs Driver, and learning how to focus our thoughts and breathing to feel more calm and relaxed during stressful times. We are getting pretty good at it. Here are some of the activities we did today. If you would like to find out more, just ask someone from the Room 5 team.
Well done Room 5, you are getting more experienced at your breathing and focussing your attention to your breath! I really like how you try the different activities (like the session above about mindful movements and creating new brain pathways). I look forward to seeing you next week!
